  • Pursuit Managers, technical specialists and SMEs – working directly with various teams in the creation of winning pursuits.
  • GEC – working with GEC resources to support in the production of winning pursuit submissions and client presentations.

Role accountabilities:

  • Supports the Pursuits Team and opportunity owners, service or account areas to deliver quality PQQs and bids.
  • Coordinates tasks within the bid team.
  • Assists with the compilation of bid documents, presentations, reports and other documentation in relation to developing pursuits and client accounts.
  • Ensure pursuit and proposal documentation is formatted, collated, and presented professionally.
  • Communicate closely with a wide range of colleagues to ensure quality input to the pursuit is achieved within the pursuit timescales.
  • Identify and comply with Arcadis’ policies that govern work practices.
  • Attend pursuit meetings as needed to report on progress and log/agree actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce documents and other materials to a clear brief, using established formats and standard software
  • Provide clear feedback to enquiries and ensure issues are resolved
  • Input to a range of business systems (e.g. Sales Cloud; SharePoint; Collaboration Hub) in line with defined procedures to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
  • Completion of pre-qualification questionnaires and supplier forms
  • Monitor and review pursuit documents produced by others to ensure that they are accurate and meet Arcadis’ quality standards.
  • Prepare non-technical components of pursuit documents, ensuring relevance, accuracy and high quality.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings as required throughout the pursuit process.
  • Contribute to the best practice library and standard materials to support continuous improvement.
  • Engage and work closely with the GEC teams where required to develop market leading documents.
  • Where required, liaise with external stakeholders to ensure all output collateral is delivered on time and is of a high quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in coordinating pursuits or projects, and business administration.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with peers and build relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and organisational understanding.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, thorough understanding of business processes, and MS Office skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn InDesign.
  • APMP Foundation desirable
