Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?This role coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.What will you do?Ensuring that up-to-date job control language is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all shift turnover issues.Contributing to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.Monitoring the library to insure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.Weekly pager rotation and monitoring production jobsWhat Technology and Tools are used?Microsoft Tech Stack: Windows Server / IIS / SQL Server / SSIS / SSRS / Oracle DB / WAS / WebsphereMonitoring Tools – PagerDuty, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Splunk, OnDemand (Zeke job monitoring)Collaboration Tools – JIRA/ConfluenceScheduling – Zeke/Stonebranch UACDevops – Helios/UCD/JenkinsProgramming knowledge – .net C#., vb.net, JAVA, SSIS, powershell, SQL, XML (able to read/analyze general code for troubleshooting)What you need to succeed?5+ years of professional experienceUnderstanding of Change / Incident Management proceduresExperience of Monitor application health after infrastructure/system updatesExposure to DevOps tools (Helios/UCD) for deploymentsWorking knowledge on OMS updates, understand basic JCL and ZekeKnowledgeable in NPID and Server ComplianceExperienced in Disaster Recovery exercise and Archer findingsStrong analytical and communication skillsWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
