Allphar Commercial Business Process Lead2 year Fixed Term ContrUniphar G2, Rathcoole, DublinThe roleUniphar have embarked on an ambitious, multi-year program to transform our supply chain capabilities and build out a digital core. This transformational program includes upgrading our ERP to SAP S/4, and adding an additional national greenfield distribution facility to the network.We are seeking an experienced commercial business process lead with a passion for driving positive transformations and ensuring a smooth business implementation. Reporting to the Pre-Wholesale Commercial Lead, the Allphar Commercial Business Process Lead will be play a key role in working with the Allphar team to deliver a pre-wholesale business solution. This role requires a deep understanding of the Allphar business, client interfaces and the day-to-day operating model of the Allphar pre-wholesale business.Key Outcomes

• Join the program team as a commercial business process lead for the Allphar business.
• Work with Accenture and the wider program third parties to design and implement a best-in-class pre-wholesale solution.
• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Allphar business solution with particular attention to the cutover elements from old to new, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and with a clear focus on a customer centric approach.
• Operate across commercial, sales, procurement, finance, data, technology and warehouse operation verticals, at a level of detail needed to ensure success.
• Support the Allphar team and wider program team to devise the detailed plan for change management and cutover.
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including principles, Allphar business units, technology teams and vendors to ensure alignment and support for how the change is going to happen.

Key Skills & Experiences

• Relevant industry experience in pharma and supply chain
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and their integration with business processes.
• Previous ERP experience in enterprise organizations.
• Ability to drive execution, compelling communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and agile culture that moves quickly.
