Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work with our partner schools across Sussex and Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a lasting impact on students aged 4-11.In this term-time role, you will work closely with class teachers to support the individual needs of students, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience. Whether you’re helping students one-on-one or working with small groups, your role will be key in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-class support for students aged 4-11
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom activities
  • Help children with their social, emotional, and academic development
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth learning experience
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children
  • Experience working with children or in a childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
