You will:

  • Support the Networks: Be the key contact for our Networks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams and customers
  • Build relationships: Development meaningful long-term connections with existing customers, making sure theyre delighted with the services we provide
  • Grow our reach: identify and build new relationships with potential customers, transforming these connections into exciting new business opportunities
  • Drive Retention: Focus on customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and providing high quality support

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service or a related role
  • Experience of managing customer projects (project management qualification desirable)

  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant account management tools
