Job DescriptionAramark is seeking a Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) responsible for administering our third-party sponsorships, all DEI training offerings, external benchmarking and survey submissions, applicable DEI communications supporting our sustainability strategy, investor relations communications, and qualitative resources supporting government workforce reporting compliance. Additionally, this role will serve as an internal consultant, partnering with our marketing, hospitality enablement, and growth teams along with our business resource center in support of client retention, inclusive guest promotions, and prospect development goals.As a direct report to the VP, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, the manager of DEI is accountable for supporting embedding DEI into everything that we do, aligned with the business. The successful candidate must initiate and cultivate relationships with Center of Excellence leaders and HR Business Partners, providing consultation and resources to support areas that influence our employer brand and the talent cycle, specifically learning and development.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads the administration of current inclusive training offerings aligned with Aramark’s global leadership capabilities and skills, develops and/or identifies relevant educational content, in partnership with our L&D team, and supports the deployment and measurement of training offerings specific to fair employment and inclusive operational practices.

  • Supports business units and other stakeholders in creating RFP submissions and client business reviews aligned with DEI priorities.
  • Leads the creation of DEI content associated with Aramark’s sustainability strategy, archives quarterly accomplishments used for supporting investor relations communications, administers content for our intra and internet sites.
  • Manages the administration of the budget.
  • Serves as the primary liaison to all third-party organizations that we sponsor, making annual funding decisions, in consultation with the VP of DEI, as well as conducting annual ROI reviews.
  • Supports upskilling of peer HR and operational leaders to engage in trainings/workshops, client engagement, and pursuits.
  • Supports the review of field based inclusive culinary promotional events.
  • Assists with the development of policies and initiatives that promote fairness to attract, retain and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce for the organization.
  • Leads the submission of annual surveys convening SMEs to support completion and subsequent internal review of rankings, supports client/NGO audits/surveys, and uses findings to inform annual strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, communications, or related field; diversity certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of DEI or human resources experience.
  • Diversity program/training implementation experience preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data and translating analyses into recommendations.
  • Experience developing successful external partnerships, creating and implementing innovative programs and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Must demonstrate excellent judgment.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point, Excel, and web design.
