Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?As a Payment and Data Analyst for Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), you will be responsible for overseeing Supplier payments for the global CWM Program and the CWM Professional Services Program groups . You will work closely with our business partners, including Reporting and Accounts Payable; you’ll also be the central location for financial expertise in regards to the CWM Supplier relationships. You will also be responsible for the review of market analytics and identifying opportunities to align rate cards to market, by talent, experience and geography.Additionally, you will support other data and insight based initiatives requiring advanced analytical skills.What will you do?
- Detailed analysis of supplier invoicing in cooperation with an in-depth understanding of both internal and external operations
- Managing internal process to ensure proper expense recognition is applied within financial systems, including significant reconciliation requirements
- Being the central repository for supplier financial expertise, engaging in the executive strategic decision process
- Identifying cost management initiatives and being the lead financial advisor for supplier initiatives. Includes management of several financial benefit models
- Review market data analytics and provide guidance to business groups
- Work on reporting based projects focused on business and people insights
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
- 2-4 years+ in operations, business and financial analysis
- 1 year+ project management experience
- Vendor Management Systems, e.g. Beeline, Fieldglass, Emptoris
- Bachelor degree, preferably in a business or technical field
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Office applications; Power BI
- Advanced skills in working with data and reporting
- Ability to work independently and build relationships
Nice-to-have
- LSS certification
- Workday experience
- SAP experience
- Accounts payable/receivable experience
