YOUR CHALLENGEAs an Administrative and Billing Clerk, you will play a key role in managing client billing portals and optimizing processes related to credit notes and platforms like PayPal. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and collaborating with various stakeholders to address billing issues, contributing to greater financial operations efficiency.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESClient Portal Management:
- Record invoices in various client portals.
- Validate data compliance between client portals and the internal ERP system.
- Support the configuration and integration of new client portals upon request.
Billing Support:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve portal-related issues.
- Provide internal clients with support for billing follow-ups via the portals.
- Complete credit notes without merchandise returns (invoice corrections).
Account Reconciliation:
- Perform account reconciliations, including transactions on platforms like PayPal and similar systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEP in accounting or a related field;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to various systems;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken);
- Intermediate Excel proficiency;
- Initiative and proactive work approach.
