We will provide you with resources to develop and progress a long-term career to include flexibility, continual professional development as well as a wide range of wellbeing and support.Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanliness of the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategic cleaning plan.You will lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with schedules/procedures and contribute to processes to ensure standards are achieved. Maintain staff records, ensuring rosters meet service needs. Be involved in staff induction/training and complete staff development reviews.Report equipment/environment defects and manage/replenish housekeeping related stock.In return, you will receive support, training, and guidance to enable you to undertake a range of duties to support your team.About usAt Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, we are working together to deliver outstanding care.
