We’re seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Director of a dynamic retail business based in Leeds City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing seamless support.Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Organise and maintain the Director’s schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions for key meetings.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle documents, presentations, and reports as required, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate the Director’s needs and address any challenges that arise.

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a commercial or retail environment.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and act without prompting.
  • Commitment: Willingness to be flexible, including working longer days when the Director is in the office, with time in lieu provided.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, stay composed under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new tools and systems.
  • Location: Able to commute to Leeds City Centre as required (typically 2-3 days per week).

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Director’s business life runs efficiently, managing all aspects of their PA needs and acting as a trusted partner in driving the success of the business.Personal Assistant – What We Offer
