Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we are open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist conveyancers and solicitors with property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and land registry applications.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progress of cases.
  • Conduct searches, file documents with HM Land Registry, and manage online submissions.
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and track deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or as a legal secretary is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Case Management Systems).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

£25000 per year
