Flexible Supply Teaching Assistant NeededPosition: Supply Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Temporary, Supply BasisAbout the Role:Randstad Education is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of schools across East Grinstead. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on short or long-term assignments. You’ll assist in classrooms, work with small groups, or provide 1:1 support as needed.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work with small groups to enhance students’ understanding and engagement.
- Provide individualised support to pupils, including those with SEN.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams.
- Assist in organising learning materials and classroom resources.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to work with different age groups and school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team or independently.
- A patient, caring, and supportive attitude toward children.
- Educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required.
