Temporary – 12 months FTCFull Time – 37 hours per weekClosing Date: Wednesday 11th December @ 9amInterview Date: Thursday 19th December 2024 – in personWe have an opportunity for a Repairs Assistant to join our team to support the Trust in delivering a high quality, responsive repair service to customers in order to exceed customer expectations.The roleIn this varied role, you will provide general administration support through the processing of invoices including keeping Budget Monitoring records, managing contractors outstanding orders lists, the management of appointments and processing and updating Health and Safety Actions.With excellent communication skills you will support the managers with communication to customers and contractors, including mail merges and you will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated approach to customer excellence throughout the organisation.About youWe are looking for a Repairs Assistant with a passion and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
