Your role will be train, coach and mentor highly motivated junior maintenance engineers who are looking to become level 3 qualified and times served.The ideal candidate will be a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing environment who wants to move into an education based role. Candidates will need either the NVQ level 3 or equivalent.This is a brilliant role for a maintenance engineer to move into a role what will dramatically improve your work life balance and make a real difference to peoples livesThe role:
*Working with apprentices who are going through their maintenance engineering apprenticeship.
*Full training provided
*Teaching mechanical maintenance engineering principles.The person:
*Maintenance engineering background.
*Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
*Want to move into a teaching/ training role.
