As Wealth Management Associate, you will support an investment advisor or a team of advisors by providing professional, efficient customer service and sound administrative management of client accounts, in compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures as well as regulatory standards in the securities industry. You will process client requests for information and assume various operational support duties specific to the advisor’s or team’s activities, including completing transactions on behalf of clients as instructed by the investment advisor or team. More specifically, you will be required to :Support the wealth management advisor or team with all their administrative, customer service and business development activitiesRespond to information requests from clients regarding their accounts and the firm’s products and services.
