Job description

As a Purchase Ledger, you will be a valuable member of our client’s Finance team, responsible for a variety of tasks including processing invoices, and providing HR administrative support.

  • Processing invoices and maintaining purchase ledger.
  • Managing payments and resolving any purchase ledger queries.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department.
  • Liaising with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Supporting the HR team with keeping databases up to date.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

  • A strong understanding of the purchase ledger processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Excel.
