If you’re an experienced Cover Teacher, this opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while gaining versatile teaching experience.As a Cover Teacher, you will deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects, ensuring continuity in students’ learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This role is ideal for educators with strong classroom management skills, a flexible mindset, and a passion for fostering pupil development.Responsibilities of a Cover Teacher:

• Delivering engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and policies.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Supporting students with their educational and social development.
• Collaborating with school staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons.
• Following safeguarding procedures to uphold pupil welfare.

Required Qualifications for a Cover Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or significant teaching experience in UK schools.
• A strong knowledge of the national curriculum across key stages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teaching requirements.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new check.
