Tailoring our service to each students’ individual needs and career aspirations, we are an integral part of the student journey that starts at enrolment and continues beyond graduation.Our dedicated Teaching Fellow team are subject specialists focused on delivering student education, which is active, social, applied, and inclusive within our vibrant and varied education environment.The RoleAs a Teaching Fellow in Practice Education, you will support Nursing and Nursing Associate education. Based in Coventry, you will lead the delivery of practice education placement experiences for students on placements in Coventry and Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. You will work with and lead other academic colleagues to enrich the student learning and teaching experience.Duties include:Responsibilities include leading development, quality monitoring, and maintenance of NHS and non-NHS placements, and supporting students and staff to ensure high-quality practice learning experiences.Qualifications Required

  • Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Master’s degree in an appropriate subject or Honours Degree with appropriate professional qualification and/or membership
  • A teaching qualification or acceptance of the requirement to acquire one if not already held

Our Successful CandidateYou will have experience teaching Nursing and Nursing Associate topics at higher education levels 4-7, maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and student engagement.
