Job description
RSK Group’s early careers team are looking to recruit an early careers coordinator to join them! The successful candidate will work closely with the early careers manager and recruitment teams.This is a remote role, with occasional travel to meetings and events.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting on the annual RSK Group graduate scheme activity
- Posting and maintaining vacancy job board details with University partners
- Screening candidate application forms, ensuring minimum requirements are met and applying reasonable adjustments where applicable
- Conducting first stage interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Providing a smooth onboarding experience for graduate scheme new starters
- Collation of rotational placement forms from RSK businesses and logistical management of graduate rotations
- Updating and maintaining management information
Person Specification:
- Relevant previous experience in an early careers role or within events management would be advantageous
- Passion for early careers talent acquisition and development
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £32,000 depending on experience
