The roleThis role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.Southern Housing are seeking an administration to support the compliance streams managed by the Asset Compliance department using True Compliance.Within this role you will provide a full range of administrative and support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the team/department. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on True Compliance to ensure Southern Housing meets its legal and regulatory requirements for H&S compliance.This is a hybrid role working minimum of two days a week in one of our office.What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining document compliancy
- Monitoring compliancy failures, certificate rejections and remedial works on the system
- Taking action to resolve discrepancies
- Liaising with contractors for updates on revisits and amended certification
- Monitoring the operation of systems and interfaces and reporting failures to Technology or external suppliers
- Leading on certificate mapping and application of checking rules within True Compliance
What you’ll need
- Computer skills sufficient to operate data systems and other software packages to effectively manage compliance streams.
- You’ll be able work under pressure, manage workloads and prioritise your tasks.
- You will have excellent communication skills with a fine eye for detail.
The successful candidate for this role will be expected to work towards obtaining the following qualifications:
- Level 2 VRQ Award in Gas Safety Awareness in Social Housing
- Level 2 VRQ Award in Electrical Safety Awareness in Social Housing
