As our teams grow, we seek our next Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.Shift Times:6 am- 6 pm & 6 pm-6 am: 2 days Day shift and 2 days Night shift on a 4 on 4 off shift patternWe care about a Job Well Done:Since 1993, we have been champions in traditional baking with the finest ingredients and techniques. - Ensure that the equipment and plant are maintained.
- React to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
- PLC fault finding to input and output level.
- Remedy issues highlighted by our in-house HAACP audits.
- Respond to out-of-hours calls for breakdowns.
Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you…
- Are a logical thinker with an assertive approach to resolving issues and faults.
- Electrically and mechanically skilled, with electrical preference and hold, at a minimum, an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification (C&G 2330 or similar).
- Preferably holding an HNC (Level 4) or equivalent qualification in an electrical/mechanical engineering discipline and previous control/instrumentation experience would be highly desirable.
- Qualified to (or be prepared to qualify to) Electrical Installations BS7671:2008 (2382-15) 18th Edition and upgrade as new Editions are released.
- Understand OEE and equipment performance metrics.
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to record planned maintenance and reactive tasks.
- Experience with bakery machinery.
- Have HAACP awareness.
- Troubleshooting on electrical equipment is a must
