Shift Pattern: 6 on 3 off – Rotational 3 earlies, 3 Lates then 3 OffPLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. We’re seeking a Operations First Line Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Maintain and promote H&S culture across the site
- Investigate and respond to any H+S incidents and associated pack completions for review
- Ownership of all people related matters within the operation from thorough investigations, Disciplinaries, Grievances and colleague engagement meetings
- Ensuring the customer’s product is delivered consistently to demanding service level standards and set on time performance targets.
- Adherence to compliance both internal and external regulatory bodies
- Support DMs as part of escalation response with Customer engagement and act as point of escalation to the colleagues
- Review, develop and maintain/improve operational processes through Continuous improvement opportunities

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Aviation experience is essential
- You must hold a full manual UK driving licence
- Confident dealing with challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
