Job Description:OverviewEvent Marketing ManagerAbout the roleWe’re looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive Marketing Manager to join our passionate and fast-moving Event Marketing team. ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Lead Inspiring Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimise marketing strategies that engage audiences, generate leads, and grow revenue.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Design, and Data teams to create campaigns that connect seamlessly and deliver results.
- Experiment & Innovate: Explore new channels (social, PPC, partnerships, PR) to push boundaries and reach fresh audiences.
- Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations to boost results.
- Engage Audiences: Create compelling, on-brand content that speaks directly to your target audience.
- Own the Process: Take charge of budgets, timelines, and campaign outcomes, with full support from the team.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum CriteriaWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone who’s as passionate about marketing as we are. Here’s what will set you apart:
- Experience & Impact: At least 2 years in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Creative Thinker: Someone who can craft compelling stories, strategies, and visuals that capture attention and inspire action.
- Data-Savvy: Comfortable working with analytics, tracking ROI, and optimising campaigns to maximise performance.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who excels at building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Problem Solver: Thrives on challenges, with a proactive approach to testing new ideas and overcoming obstacles.
- Digital Pro: Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and paid media is a big plus!
