This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-officeProduct Manager, Customer CareOur Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. See your work have immediate impact on our customer experience (internal and external) while making iterative, cutting edge improvements to the services we provide using GenAI & robotics/automations.In this role you will get to:Lead product development initiatives utilizing user and competitive research while managing all phases of the product development lifecycle.Define product specifications and success metrics, establish milestones, and monitor outcomes.Work closely with the design, technology and flight business teams to create experiences that drive the product vision and are easy to use.Analyze + research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.Continuously propose new tests or pilot opportunities to improve engagement, containment and cost reduction efforts.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.A background in API driven products and platform / CRM experience, bonus if you have experience with GDS/NDC/the travel industry.Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in multiple tools such as SQL (required), Splunk & Tableau to interpret trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and test opportunities while championing the customer experience.A wildly curious self-starter able to move projects forward with little direction while thriving in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities.A well established communication style (verbal and written) with the ability to craft and deliver a vision, product specifications and / or performance overviews to stakeholders and extended leadership.Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
