Reporting into and working closely with the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, this opportunity has been created to have responsibility for the development and delivery of a commercial and innovative global business development and client strategy. The potential in the role is to play a key role in the development of a best-in-class approach to client development, business development and winning new business.You will be responsible for leading, building and managing a team, and previous of experience of driving change in teams is important, as is experience of driving change globally.The successful candidate will have built their career within global professional services firms, they will understand what it takes to support a firm to achieve growth globally and be someone who wants to challenge the status quo. The role requires you to operate strategically and commercially and understand what best in class looks like.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant CMO and a firm going through a lot of exciting change and growth.The role could be based in London, Asia, Australia or the US.
