Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customers have a memorable experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Take customer orders accurately and manage payments through the till system
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area, following all health and safety regulations
• Offer drink recommendations and provide information about the menu to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure all customers are of legal drinking age and adhere to responsible service of alcohol standards
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive outcome
• Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and smooth service, especially during busy periods

Skills and Experience:

• Previous bartending experience is an advantage but not essential – we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• A strong understanding of a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, and wines, or a willingness to develop this knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts with a smile
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail, especially when handling cash and transactions
• Must be of legal drinking age and eligible to work in the UK
