Approximately 70% of its audience is between the ages of 18 to 40.Job DescriptionAbout the Team:The General Manager will oversee the full spectrum of the SSENSE MONTRÉAL flagship sales and operations while leading the team to achieve store business objectives. This role is responsible for delivering financial targets, and other key business metrics, including driving profitability, operational excellence, and an elevated end-to-end customer experience, while ensuring alignment with SSENSE’s brand values and luxury standards.The General Manager will act as a visionary leader, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, cultivating deep client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve both immediate and long-term business objectives. The General Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Real Estate, Marketing, and Customer Care to address day-to-day operational challenges, resolve deficiencies, and ensure seamless processes that drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and profitability.Why Join Us:
