Your day will involve migrating key data projects to the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), developing intuitive dashboards, and building robust data models that improve business efficiency. Collaborating closely with diverse teams across the organization, you’ll ensure data integrity, develop new processes, and empower decision-makers with reliable, transparent analytics. You’ll help us create a smoother, smarter supply chain, driving real impact on our global operations.HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT– Migrate existing data visualization projects to the Power Platform, delivering user-friendly dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.– Build and maintain data models to improve data accuracy, integration, and usability for stakeholders across Siemens Energy.– Design, optimize, and automate ETL workflows to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading while safeguarding data quality.– Strengthen our supply chain data infrastructure by introducing effective data governance practices and fostering transparency in processes.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, deliver targeted insights, and enable informed decision-making.– Analyze and present data in clear, meaningful ways that help teams understand trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.– Train and guide team members and stakeholders on best practices for using data visualization tools and implementing efficient workflows.WHAT YOU BRING– Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.– Proven experience in data visualization, data modelling, and ETL process management.– Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or other data visualization platforms.– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to uncover actionable insights.– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, impactful business solutions.– Experience in implementing data governance practices to improve data accuracy and trustworthiness.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:– Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar tools for data manipulation.– Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Snowflake) for large-scale data management.– An understanding of supply chain processes and how data can optimize them.WHO IS SIEMENS ENERGY?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
