The Estates Department is responsible for the repair, maintenance and management of all Building Services within the Trust.An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, self-motivated Maintenance Worker (Engineering) with a background preferably gained in a building services environment.The successful candidate will assist the estates team in providing a comprehensive engineering maintenance service to include all aspects of planned and routine maintenance, installation and repair/replacement work on a wide range of engineering systems.
