Overview:12 month Fixed Term ContractWe’re thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join Haymarket and play a pivotal role in transforming our technology landscape! This role will be key in migrating our legacy on-premise ERP (U4ERP/Agresso) solution to the Cloud, as well as guiding our users through the exciting transition from outdated desktop screens to modern web versions. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of technology and driving impactful change, this is your chance to make a real difference as part of Haymarket’s ambitious tech strategy.Reporting directly to the Finance and HR Systems Manager, you will take on the role of Technical Lead, working closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, define innovative solutions, and implement them to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.   • Play a key role in transitioning from U4 Back Office screens to the Web, rebuilding user enquiries, customising screens, and providing training/documentation for a smooth Cloud migration.
  • Manage system security, ensuring proper data control and access permissions for all users.
  • Support the Systems Integration Team with testing and deploying integrations between U4ERP, U4FP&A, Salesforce, and Active Directory, engaging stakeholders and ensuring thorough documentation and sign-offs.
  • Work with the Migration Project Team to implement data archiving and purging routines, reducing database size for the U4 Cloud transfer.
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems Project Manager to meet project priorities, update Trello, and deliver projects aligned with UK and US Finance and HR objectives.
  • Resolve business-as-usual issues and manage tickets in Zendesk to agreed service levels.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:Your skills, experience and knowledge/ Minimum role criteria

  • Strong knowledge and experience in supporting and developing U4ERP (Agresso) (2 years+)
  • Experience as a key member of a project team delivering technological changes, such as new system implementations or major upgrades
  • A high degree of personal initiative with the drive, resilience and ability to meet challenging goals
  • Great interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels – leadership, peers, junior colleagues and suppliers
  • Analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills; focused on “getting things done”
