Loyola University Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Lung Transplant team. The APP/PA will play a critical role in providing advanced, patient-centered care in an acute care setting. This role involves independent and collaborative responsibilities in partnership with physicians, case managers, and the broader healthcare team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. The APP/PA will support patients through every stage of their care journey, ensuring a seamless transition between service units and promoting optimal health outcomes. As part of the Clinical Expertise: you will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Perform selected invasive procedures as necessary, monitor outcomes, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal resultsPosition Requirements:Minimum Education:Required: Masters DegreeSpecify Degree(s): NursingMinimum Experience:Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experiencePreferred: 6-10 years of previous job-related experienceLicensure/Certifications:Required:
- CPR – Basic Life Support
- ACLS –
- Nursing – Current Registered Nurse License – State of Illinois
- Nursing – Nursing Practitioner License – State of Illinois
- Physician Assistant License
