The Opportunity…The UK Sports Institute and Aquatics GB have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Psychologist to work with their World Class Programme on a fixed term basis.Role Logistics: The desired working pattern would be two days a week on site at the LAC, but flexibility to operate with some remote working will be considered for the right candidateAquatics GB seeks to enable its athletes to achieve gold medal success at the Olympics, Paralympics and World Championships.A snapshot of the role…Working within British Diving’s World Class Programme (WCP), as a part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) of coaches and sport science staff, this maternity cover role will predominantly entail leading on assessment, planning, delivery, and monitoring of sport psychology support.Delivery will be in association with British Diving athletes, coaches, and the performance support team. Work will take place in both the training and competition environment. The role will also hold responsibilities in contribution to both the sport’s Mental Health strategy and the positive evolution of culture.Diving’s centres are based in Edinburgh, Leeds, Sheffield and London.
