Job Description:UE07: £40,247 – £47,874 Per Annum.CSG / Estates / Maintenance Services.Open Ended Contract – PermanentFull Time Hours – 35 Hours Per Week.We are now looking for a Maintenance Services Coordinator to join our multi-disciplined and busy maintenance team.The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Services Coordinator (Fabric) to join the team. These roles report directly to the Deputy Maintenance Services Manager and is one of three expert roles that acts as lead technical expert across the service.You will have completed a relevant qualification in a building discipline and have gained considerable knowledge of managing assets within a complex estate. You will have an excellent knowledge of building fabric and associated repairs.You will also have experience working with other technical colleagues and contractors within both new build and refurbishment settings.It is essential that you meet the criteria within the job description, you must have attained the necessary technical qualifications, and good IT skills would also be advantageous to this post.You will be joining a team that provides exceptional customer services to an expanding world class estate and will be at ease working with others in an often demanding and high paced environment.Your skills and attributes for success:
- Relevant qualification related to the post.
- Sound practical knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Construction Design and Management Regulations and other relevant statutory requirements, and the consequence on non-compliance.
- Strong problem solving and work planning skills and experience. Strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to discuss complex technical issues at management and operational levels.
- Supervisory, work planning and estimating experience.
