About the Role:Join our busy and supportive HR team as an HR Administrator, working on site at our Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh office. You’ll play a key role in HR operations, in a team that supports around 200 FTEs.Key Responsibilities – HR Administrator
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and processes.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle HR queries from staff.
Requirements – HR Administrator
- Interest in HR and desire to develop an HR career.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good communication abilities.
