Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a member of the Private Wealth Services team, the Associate will be responsible for creating a “single family office” experience for RBC Wealth Management Canada’s largest and most valued clients and advisors. This role is responsible for providing critical “One-RBC” client relationship support in the execution of a seamless and elevated experience for WMC clients. Working to support the UHNW Services team, this role is responsible for the project management, administrative support and coordination of critical client service and advisory activities for each advisor supported by the UHNW Services team.What will you do?Leads the coordination of UHNW resources in support of the advisor providing client advice and solution needs as identified by the Private Wealth Services (PWS) teamEnsures delivery of a superior, world class client experience by ensuring timely resolution of client and advisor issues and inquiries and coordinating recommendations for course of action when escalation is required;Supports PWS in the creation of clear, succinct documentation, research and presentation material for client meetings and ensures they meet consistent standards and brandingConsolidates, organizes and conducts preliminary review of client documentation (Investment policy statements, trust agreements, financial statements, organizational structure, etc. )Support the creation of escalation processes and policies for UHNW services to facilitate a seamless experience for advisors and their clientsProactively identifies opportunities to streamline and improve process in the delivery of UHNW services;Manage and execute advisor/client contact as per agreed upon action plan for qualifying clients, liase with advisor for updates on and progress with action plan and initiatives for qualifying clients.Support UHNW consultants and advisors in the coordination of meetings across the enterprise, as requiredSupport UHNW consultants and advisor through the wealth management process. Help gather relevant info, documents, and questionnaires. Track progress and follow up.What do you need to succeed?Must haves:Undergraduate degree3+ years experience in Wealth Management Industry with a focus on providing an elevated client experienceAbility to work well within a team environment and take ownership of team deliverables;Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Demonstrated use of continuous improvement methodologies and application in respect to processes and reporting;Exceptional planning and logistical skills and the ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands;proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook)Nice-to-have:Experience in client service and relationship management in the Wealth Management industryHaving worked in multiple business units and/or platforms across Wealth Management industryProject management experienceWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
