Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Intelligent Operations combines traditional SRE with FinOps, SecOps, and AIOps to generate AI-powered insights and automated management of our IT systems, enhancing the efficiency and resiliency of our business processes. As a DevOps Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering of Intelligent Ops initiatives, ensuring that they are completed within scope and on time. You will help create and drive the IntelligentOps strategic objectives, collaborating with the various Lines of Business throughout the Enterprise with your client-centric focus. In this high-visibility role, you will play a critical part in strategic and executional activities including roadmap development, business casing, and reporting excellence.What will you do?Lead and manage the delivery of Intelligent Ops initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring team alignment, communicating project status and issues to stakeholders, and delivery excellence.Collaborate with various Lines of Business and their technical teams to understand current observability and SRE practices, identifying best practices, opportunities for improvement, and feature requests to contribute to the IntelligentOps vision and strategy. Partner with stakeholders to develop a solid business case round the implementation of the IntelligentOps strategy.Work with technical teams to develop and deliver a roadmap of features. Assist in facilitating trade-off/prioritization decisions with project teams through strategic insight based on research and analysis.Advocate for the IntelligentOps program, ensuring stakeholders at all levels see value in the program and are motivated to onboard. Track and improve KPIs related to adoption and usage of the IntelligentOps program.Develop a communications strategy to keep stakeholders up to date with the status of the program. Build customer feedback mechanisms to ensure rapid alignment between customers and the product team during the development process.Collaborate with vendor partners to leverage and expand their capabilities in line with the overall IntelligentOps strategy.What do you need to succeed?Must-have:3+ years’ experience in product and/or project management, specifically leading and executing strategic projects, initiatives, or transformation programsIntellectual curiosity, robust problem-solving, and strong data analysis capabilitiesInterpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at every level of the organizationDemonstrated ability in project execution, prioritization, and timeline managementProfessional oral and written communication and presentation skills, and ability to engage senior leadersExperience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceAdvanced skills in using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and WordComfortable working in ambiguous situationsNice-to-have:MBA, or equivalent degreeProduct Management and/or Agile certification3+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Management ConsultingExperience with new/emerging businesses and digital business modelsExperience in Digital, Technology, and/or risk managementGenerative AI knowledge/experienceKnowledge of SRE and/or DevOpsWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
