Acting as the primary local contact for partner teams, the Regional Partnership Manager (RPM) collects regional insights and trends to support the distributor strategy and related action plans. The RPM actively seeks new opportunities in the Office/New Territory Segments and builds key local relationships to increase market share within Nespresso Strategic Customer Segments.A day in the life:Managing and evolving both national and regional B2B partnership strategies for the western provinces (Alberta & British Columbia), including analyzing and assessing the partner network, making recommendations for improvement, and proposing new partnershipEnsuring detailed execution of partner strategies, supervising results, and serving as the local point of contact for communication with the sales organization.Staying updated on customer and market knowledge, analyzing trends, and sharing standard methodologies with the team and headquarters.Maintaining premium brand values and delivering outstanding customer experiences in distributor accounts, optimizing brand equity and promoting sustainability initiatives.Collaborating with the marketing team to analyze market developments and anticipate future trends.Providing practical tools, programs, and solutions to improve Nespresso’s presence and strengthen partnerships.Role RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceExperience working with or managing distributors/partners in office coffee solutions, food service network, Key Account Management, or Field Sales for 4-6 yearExperience in handling, leading, and developing partnerships with third-party organizations.Knowledge of and/or experience with non-traditional Out of Home Consumer Packaged Goods business in core and strategic segments such as Workplace, Hospitality & Dining, Education, Healthcare, Senior Living etc.Preferred SkillsCapacity to nurture positive relationshipsProactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently, taking initiative and driving sales projects forward.Collaboration skills, able to effectively work with a cross-functional team.Ability to work independently and excel in the roleWhat you need to knowWe will be considering applicants as they apply, so please don’t delay in submitting your application.Nestlé Canada is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
