Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute.To learn more about CIBC, please visitWhat You’ll Be DoingAs the Senior Manager, AO Application Engineering and Shared Services EPSP, you will be managing the operational support of various environments and assisting in the delivery of infrastructure and development projects for the enterprise and / or major client groups. You will be building relationships with our Application Development partners and collaborating using DevOps tools, implementing continuous automated deployments, Cloud adoption and day to day operational accountabilities within the EPSP Portfolio.Key responsibilities:Provide 24/7 Operations support for EPSP applications existing in our traditional datacenters, and in Azure.Managing a highly motivated and experienced team.Cultivate our partnerships with Application Engineering teams especially in the disciplines of CaaS and Cloud.Expand and teams knowledge and capabilities through training and exposure to new and exciting technologies.Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and projects with application support teams.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll SucceedStrategic Operational management: Working closely with our AD, Business partners and vendor partners to drive the support, implementation and adoption of DevOps concepts, focusing on automation.Relationship Management: Working closely with our AD partners and business partners as well as vendor partners to drive the support, implementation of EPSP applicationsStrong Leadership: Lead the team to build capabilities and services in a diverse, complex technical environment. Support and mentor team members through knowledge sharing, collaboration and effective problem solving.Who You AreYou can demonstrate experience in: Leading a technology team, executing on projects and delivering results; managing relationships with executives in technology and business groups, and have proven experience presenting to senior management.You have strong knowledge of: Strong understanding of application operations, supporting complex environments, preferably using OpenShift, SQL, REDIS, Azure DevOps, Feedhub, Grafana, Azure and Autosys.You embrace and champion change: You’ll continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work in order to deliver your best.
