You will drive the creation of evidence-based strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting solutions across Europe and Africa.Key responsibilities

  • Support business development activities and engage with prospective and current clients.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive, evidence-based strategies for health consulting, focusing on mental health and wellness.
  • Provide professional medical services and health expertise to shape the W&MH strategy.
  • Deliver health consulting solutions to clients, specifically focusing on mental health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and identify consulting solutions to complement their services.
  • Collaborate with peers across regions to share best practices and identify market trends.
  • Assist in designing and implementing programs for new and existing clients.
  • Represent International SOS in professional forums and the media.

About you

  • Senior role experience in mental health and wellness, either in consultancy or in-house.
  • Cross-cultural people management experience, particularly in Europe and Africa.
  • Client management experience.
  • Medical degree from a recognized university and GMC registration or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal duty hours as required.
  • Experience in developing mental health and wellness strategies in a consultancy or corporate context.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
