This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Concierge to join our team in the beginning of March 2025!The Role of the Concierge:To act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and conveying to the guest a sense of assurance. To behave in a discreet, concerned and friendly manner whilst being efficient.To ensure the team is fully knowledgeable of all hotel services, hours of operation etc.To plan for and respond effectively to guest requests (i.e. restaurant, reservations, limousines, tours, etc) To promote the Hotel’s facilities first.To ensure guest satisfaction is of the highest level reflected in Medallia scores in accordance with yearly goals set.To seek out new restaurants, shops, points of interest and special service providers (i.e. babysitters, lawyers, private pilots etc).To maintain and update information for all modes of transportation.To maintain a network of contacts to respond to guests’ requests and special arrangement needs.Implement an innovative approach to the business, constantly seeking, suggesting and implementing new product and service enhancements, as well as take the lead in implementing any corporate initiatives.The ability to use all the IT systems utilized within the department and maintain key operators/trainers for each systems to ensure full utilization of all the systems relevant to the area.The ideal Concierge candidate will have:Our ideal Concierge candidate has a special talent and passion for ensuring the highest of standards consistently and exceptional service. Must have superior customer service skills, strong decision-making ability, strong computer skills, in-depth knowledge of Four Seasons applications (Opera, KEY, Golden, Hotsos, etc), must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette.
