Landscape ArchitectLocation: Irvine, Ayrshire / Hybrid WorkingSalary: Circa £45,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience plus package including;– Company pension.

– Flexible workingSummaryA successful planning and environmental consultancy specialising in land and building projects within housing, renewables, community and recreation is looking to hire a Landscape Architect to join their growing team in Ayrshire.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, report-writing and graphic skills, and have a proven ability to run and contribute to medium to large-scale complex projects whilst producing high-quality results. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary design teams both verbally and in writing.Seeking Candidates with;– 2+ years professional experience.
– A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture.
– Project delivery, office and site experience.
– Experience of LVIA and the UK planning system.
– Experience of working in an interdisciplinary environment.
– Strong organisational skills.
– Good verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly both in
– written and graphical form.
– Ability to write clear, concise and professional reports.
– Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS office applications and highly
– proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and GIS.
– Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
– Excellent communication skills and English language skills; and
– Full, clean driving licence.Desirable– Chartered Member status of the Landscape Institute (or working towards).
– Proven experience of working on projects at all development stages, the capability to
– run complex projects and delivery of high-quality results.
