Finally, accurate documentation and detailed reporting highlight achievements, address challenges, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous organizational improvement.Work LocationIn-personExpected duration6 monthsDuties and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge Management and Data Integrity: • Lead efforts to promote and ensure comprehensive use of CRM/Dynamics for knowledge management, maintaining accurate databases and contact lists to support strategic donor engagement and relationship management. • Conduct data entry and analysis to strengthen organizational insights, enhance reporting capabilities, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Research and Strategic Analysis: • Perform in-depth research to identify potential prospects’ strategic priorities, funding structures, and grant-making processes, evaluating areas of alignment and due diligence needs. • Analyze risks and opportunities associated with donor engagement to inform strategic recommendations that maximize impact and mitigate challenges. Communications and Stakeholder Engagement: • Coordinate and support high-impact internal and external communications, organizing meetings, events, and outreach that align with strategic goals. • Draft compelling pitches, briefs, and tailored communication materials to effectively engage and inform stakeholders on key initiatives and partnership opportunities. • Proactively design and facilitate events that advance the organization’s mission, incorporating feedback mechanisms to evaluate and continuously enhance event effectiveness.Qualifications/special skillsMaster’s degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, or international relations. At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, policy development, and leadership support is required. Presentation design skills are desirable. Experience in analyzing data to support decision-making is desirable. Experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships to non-profits and donors is desirable. Ability to draft, review and evaluate scientific papers and studies is desirable. Knowledge of emerging issues and global trends, and associated risks and opportunities is desirable.
