As a Junior MDM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the collection and load of client data for implementation projects, working with the Account Management or Managed Service team to onboard efficiently, aligned to key project milestones. Excellent communication is required each step of the way, both internal and client facing. You will need to be a proactive individual, proficient in Excel and have great data manipulation skills to help you optimally deliver projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver and implement product solutions within defined Project Management schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
  • Participate in and document client requirement gathering sessions
  • Complete site set-up and establish system settings
  • Extract and manipulate client data to then configure in the tool and complete internal validation activities ahead of handing over to the client

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within an analytical related field

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Data Manipulation experience (Professionally or academically)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Apply good time management
  • Detail oriented
  • Being agile – embracing and driving change
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office — Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to manage complex projects, problem-solve issues independently, and follow through on execution of solution
