An exciting opportunity has arisen for clinically focused, highly motivated clinical pharmacist IP that has completed their pathway who wish to expand their experience by working Onsite/Hybrid for a General Practice within the Salford PCN area. 37.5 hours. The correct candidate must have an IP qualification, have completed their CPPE Pathway and have at least 1 years experience working in a primary care setting.Main duties of the jobUsing GP systems (EMIS and System 1) you will support practice sites with medicines related tasks, this may include but is not limited to:

  • Discharge support (meds rec)
  • General med reviews
  • Supporting patient requests for acute and repeat meds
  • Structured Medication reviews
  • Safety audits
