They work in the infrastructure industry. By utilising virtual, interactive, collaborative, data-rich technology, they assist clients in making better decisions for challenging tasks.
They are looking for a Reporitng Manager to manage their reporting system and providing clear insights,In simple terms, the Reporting Manager for Reporting and Data Analytics will * Manage Reporting Systems:

  • Set up and oversee a reporting framework to track how the project is progressing and ensure it supports the organisation’s goals.
  • Use advanced digital tools and software to create and automate reports, making data easily accessible for decision-makers.
  • Provide Clear Insights:
  • Create reports that explain not just the numbers, but also the story behind them (“What does this data mean?”).
  • Make sure reports are visually appealing, consistent, and easy for leaders to understand and act on.
  • Ensure Quality and Accuracy:
  • Check that all data and reports are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.
  • Review and improve the written parts of reports so they provide meaningful insights for everyone, from team members to executives.
  • Collaborate with Teams:
  • Work with different teams across the project to gather data and understand their needs.
  • Provide feedback and help them improve the quality of their contributions to reports.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement:
  • Find better ways to collect, process, and present data, ensuring the project stays at the forefront of reporting and analytics practices.
  • Help establish SZC as a leader in reporting excellence within the construction and project controls industry.
  • Support Decision-Making:
  • Provide project leaders, boards, and investors with the information they need to make informed decisions and ensure the project stays on track.
  • Lead a Team:
  • Manage a small group of people responsible for producing and improving reports.
