Further information is available at www.nfi.parts.comPOSITION SUMMARYAs a key member of our NFI Parts Finance department, you will be responsible to support the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team by managing the daily administration of invoices, cash posting and collection of accounts.WHAT YOU WILL DO:· Process and manage customer invoices and payments in an accurate and timely manner.· Post daily bank deposits for Canadian and US wire/electronic funds, and credit card transactions.· Create transactions in CyberSource when required and properly recording manual transactions.· Maintain customer database by adding new customers or updating existing.· Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and payments.· Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports as needed.· Administration of Manual invoices and Credit Memo’s when required.· Communicate with customers and other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.· Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare relevant documentation.RequirementsWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:· High School diploma or equivalent.· 3- 5 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience.· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.· Good organizational and time management skills.· Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.· Motivated self-starter with capabilities to work within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.· Previous experience with Oracle and CyberSource is a plus.BenefitsWHY JOIN OUR TEAM:
