Working alongside experienced educators, you will play a pivotal role in helping pupils achieve their potential while honing your teaching skills.Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, ensuring their progress in core subjects.
- Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Contribute to lesson planning, preparation and classroom management.
- Encourage and mentor pupils to build confidence in their abilities.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline (education-related fields are advantageous but not essential).
- A genuine interest in education and a passion for inspiring young minds.
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability and a positive attitude towards working with children.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
