- Role: Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant – Retail and Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer business and technology needs to design technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops to identify integration opportunities with Microsoft technologies like Power Platform and Azure.
- Lead all phases of the Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Provide expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure capabilities.
- Develop technical proofs of concept for unique and complex scenarios.
- Coordinate deliverables with technical teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Contribute to business development through technical proposal writing, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge.
- Support project management in planning, tracking, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops and proposal writing.
- Expertise in configuring, customising, and implementing Dynamics 365 Enterprise Solutions (FSCM, Customer Engagement, Commerce).
- Proven track record of developing integrations with external systems and recommending technical approaches.
- Leadership experience
- Experience in R&M
- In-depth experience with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform and Azure.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical knowledge development.
