Primerica Financial Services Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in our North York office.Description: A Customer Service Associate assists clients with inquiries related to various financial products and services, such as insurance, investments, or retirement plans. They provide information, resolve issues, and guide customers through financial processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries about financial products like insurance policies, investment portfolios, or retirement plans.
  • Assist with account management, including updating client information and processing financial transactions.
  • Handle disputes, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Educate clients on financial products, services, and security practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors or other departments to resolve complex client issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in finance or related field is a plus).
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in financial customer service is preferred.
