Nursery: Bright Horizons Palmers Green Day Nursery and PreschoolSalary: Starting from £27,231.95 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)Location: Palmers Green, LondonWe are looking for a full time, qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Palmers Green nursery. This setting is situated in North London, close to Palmers Green railway station, and offers access to Central London within 30 minutes. There is also nearby access to bus routes 121, 616 and W6.The nursery offers a setting in a beautiful converted house, our team of nurturing and experienced staff are dedicated to providing the best care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.What we can offer youOur benefits include, but are not limited to;

- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
What we’re looking for
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Early Years Practitioner, or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
